In early March I provided 2 days of live music and DJ services for a large corporate event. Held at the Kimpton Clocktower Hotel, the first night was quiz night - I played live to entertain delegates during their evening meal and then after the quiz, taking requests and getting everyone up singing and dancing.
The second evening was a fantastic awards ceremony in the main ballroom. I provided a live music set again through dinner and then DJ sets to entertain guests throughout the evening. The whole event was amazing to be involved in and the production value was immense. It was great working on a larger scale event with full AV team. It was like being at the Brit Awards or something you would see on the TV! And there was also a guest DJ slot by a team member who is an accomplished DJ - I love it when things like this happen because it adds a unique element to the gig!
